How we collect and moderate reader reviews

Readers can leave a star rating and a short comment on this site after playing at the casino. We read every submission before it goes live. We remove spam, abuse, personal data and anything that looks copy-pasted or posted from a referral scheme, and we reject reviews that mention playing from Ontario, because Ontario residents cannot hold an account. We do not edit the star rating, and we do not remove a review because it is negative.

We cannot confirm that each reader actually deposited, so treat these comments as experiences, not proof. Where a reader describes something we can check, such as a payout time or a bonus rule, we compare it with our own test account and the terms dated 1 October 2026. If the two disagree, we say so below.

As of 6 November 2026, 236 readers have rated SpinLoots, for an average of 4.4 out of 5. The spread is clearly positive but not suspiciously perfect:

That means 83% of readers gave four or five stars, while 7% gave one or two. The reviews come from across the country, with Calgary, Vancouver, Halifax, Winnipeg, Québec, Montréal, Gatineau, Edmonton, Victoria, Saskatoon, Moncton and Sherbrooke all represented. The score lines up with our own rating of 8.7 out of 10 in the in-depth review.

What readers praise most

Payout speed. The most common compliment is about the cashier. Readers who withdraw in crypto mention payouts in about 15 minutes after approval, and Interac users mostly report money within 24 hours. That matches our test: our own Interac withdrawal arrived the same day. There are no casino fees on deposits or withdrawals.

The size of the lobby. With 7,000+ games from 80+ studios, readers rarely complain about running out of slots. Big Bass Splash, Sugar Rush 1000 and Sweet Bonanza 2500 come up often, and live players name Funky Time and Mega Roulette.

French service. Readers in Quebec and New Brunswick value the full French version and French-speaking live chat, which runs 24/7. In our five chats the average answer came in under two minutes.

Treasure Tuesdays. Several readers single out the 10% Tuesday cashback, paid on Wednesday as real cash with no wagering, up to C$1,000 a week.

The recurring complaints

The lower ratings cluster around three issues, and all three are documented rules rather than surprises.

1. KYC waits. The first withdrawal requires photo ID, proof of address dated within three months and, when asked, proof of payment. The stated review time is 24–48 hours, and a few readers waited close to the full two days. Uploading documents straight after sign-up avoids this.
2. Card withdrawals. Only Visa receives withdrawals, and it takes 1–3 business days. Mastercard and Paysafecard are deposit-only. Readers who expected card payouts to be as fast as Interac were disappointed.
3. Bonus exclusions. Deposits by Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard do not qualify for the welcome bonus. Readers who missed this in the terms gave three stars or fewer. Details are on our promotions page.

A smaller group mentions the lack of a store app; the casino offers an installable web app instead.

Complaints about access from Ontario

Some negative submissions come from readers who tried to sign up from Ontario and were blocked. We do not publish these, because the block is expected: the operator is not registered with iGaming Ontario, so Ontario residents cannot open an account and Ontario IP addresses are refused. Using a VPN to get around this breaks the terms and can lead to account closure and lost winnings. If you live in Ontario, choose a casino registered with iGaming Ontario instead.

How to read these reviews

Star ratings tell you how people felt; the details tell you whether their experience will be yours. A five-star review about fast crypto payouts is useful only if you plan to use crypto. A three-star review about the Skrill bonus exclusion matters only if Skrill is your wallet. Look for comments that match the way you play, compare them with the facts in our in-depth review, and check the current terms before depositing. Most of the frustrations above can be avoided with five minutes of reading.

Finally, remember that reviews describe the casino, not your odds. Every game has a house edge, and a run of good results for one reader says nothing about the next session. Set a deposit limit in the account before you start.
