Login guide

Logging in, step by step

The same five steps work on desktop, in the mobile browser and in the home-screen web app.

  1. 1

    Open the casino

Use the button on this page or type the address yourself. Check for the padlock in the address bar before you enter anything.

  2. 2

    Tap “Log in”

The button sits in the top-right corner next to “Sign up”. On mobile it stays visible in the header.

  3. 3

    Enter email and password

Use the email you registered with. Five wrong passwords in a row lock the account for 30 minutes, so use the reset link if unsure.

  4. 4

    Confirm the 2FA code

If two-factor authentication is on, open your authenticator app and type the six-digit code before it refreshes.

  5. 5

    Check your balance

You land in the lobby with your balance in the header. Open the account menu to see bonuses, limits and verification status.

Ready to sign in?

Switch on 2FA after your first login and upload your KYC documents early. Both save time later.

Open the login page

Before you log in: who can have an account

An account is open to Canadian residents aged 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. The exception is Ontario: the operator is not registered with iGaming Ontario, so Ontario residents cannot sign up and Ontario IP addresses are blocked at login. If you are travelling through Ontario, expect the login to fail there too.

VPNs are not allowed. Logging in through one can get the account closed, so turn it off before you open the site. One account per person, household and IP address is the rule.

Creating the account

Creating the account

If you do not have an account yet, sign-up takes about two minutes. You enter an email address, a password, your country and province, your account currency (CAD, USD or EUR) and your date of birth. Choose CAD unless you have a reason not to; it avoids conversion fees on Interac deposits.

Use your real details. The name and address must match the documents you upload for KYC before the first withdrawal, and a mismatch is the most common reason for a delayed payout. Our terms page explains the verification rules in plain English.

The normal login

Logging in to SpinLoots is deliberately plain: click Log in, enter your email and password, and you are in the lobby. The site remembers you on a trusted device until you log out or clear your cookies. On a shared computer, always log out from the account menu rather than just closing the tab.

On mobile, the login is identical in the browser and in the home-screen web app. There is no App Store or Google Play app, so be wary of any app claiming to be the casino’s official download.

Turning on two-factor authentication

Turning on two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is optional but worth the minute it takes:

  1. Open the account menu and go to the security settings.
  2. Choose two-factor authentication and scan the QR code with an authenticator app.
  3. Enter the six-digit code the app shows to confirm.
  4. Store the backup details somewhere safe, offline.

From then on, every login asks for a fresh code after your password. If you change phones, move the authenticator to the new device before wiping the old one, or contact live chat to reset 2FA after an identity check.

Forgotten password

Click Forgot password on the login form and enter your registered email. The casino sends a reset link that stays valid for 60 minutes. Open it, choose a new password and log in again. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam and promotions folders, and make sure you typed the address you signed up with.

An expired link simply means requesting a new one. Each new request cancels the previous link.

Locked out after wrong passwords

Five wrong passwords in a row lock the account for 30 minutes. This is a security brake, not a penalty, and it lifts on its own. You can wait it out or use the reset link straight away. If the lock keeps coming back without your doing, someone may be trying your email: reset the password, switch on 2FA and tell live chat.

After you log in: three quick checks

  • Verification status. Upload photo ID and a proof of address dated within 3 months early; review usually takes 24–48 hours.
  • Limits. Set deposit, loss or session limits in the Responsible Gaming section before you play, not after.
  • Active bonus. If you opted into the welcome offer, the bonus wallet shows the wagering left. Requesting a withdrawal while it is active forfeits the bonus.

The offers themselves are explained on our promotions page.

Keeping the account safe

A few habits do more than any setting. Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and keep it in a password manager rather than in your browser on a shared device. Only log in through the address you typed yourself or a link you trust: SpinLoots support never asked for our password or 2FA code in five chats, so treat any message that does as phishing. If you think someone else has accessed the account, change the password, switch on 2FA and ask live chat to review recent logins and withdrawals.

When the login still fails

Most failed logins come down to a VPN, an Ontario IP address, a cached old session or a typo in the email. Clear the browser cache, try another browser or the web app, and check that no VPN or proxy is running. Live chat is open 24/7 in English and French and answered our questions in under 2 minutes. For a longer list of fixes, see our troubleshooting guide.

FAQ

Questions readers ask

Why can’t I log in from Ontario?

The operator is not registered with iGaming Ontario, so it does not accept Ontario residents and blocks Ontario IP addresses at sign-up and login. That applies even if you opened the account while living in another province. Using a VPN to get around the block breaks the terms and can lead to the account being closed and winnings being withheld. Log in only from a province or territory where the casino accepts players.

How long is the password reset link valid?

The reset link sent to your registered email is valid for 60 minutes. If you open it later, it will show as expired and you simply request a new one from the Forgot password option on the login form. Each new request cancels the earlier link, so always use the latest email. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, check your spam folder and the address you registered with.

What happens after five wrong passwords?

After five wrong passwords in a row the account locks for 30 minutes. The lock lifts automatically, so you can either wait or use the reset link straight away to set a new password. Your balance and any active bonus are not affected. If you see repeated lockouts you did not cause, change the password, switch on two-factor authentication and let live chat know.

Do I have to use two-factor authentication on SpinLoots?

No, it is optional, but we recommend it. Two-factor authentication adds a six-digit code from an authenticator app to every login, so a stolen password alone is not enough to access your account. You switch it on in the security settings of the account menu in about a minute. If you lose the phone with the authenticator, live chat can reset it after confirming your identity.
